I was so excited to discover that one of my friends in the blogosphere has decided to include me in a game of tag. So thank you to Randi-Sue from Dallas, who is the owner of Designing Diva Jewelry for including me. Now that I am officially “It” I need to share 7 random or weird things about myself. Gosh, this could take a while, just choosing which are the WIERDEST! So dear readers, here is your chance to get to know me that much more….;-)

1. I am a 34 year old stay at home single mom. I have a 5 year old little one who is enjoying his first year of kindergarten. And by the way, he just so happens to be the greatest kid on earth. We have a blast.

2. I got into fashion when I got into modeling. I started modeling because I was almost done University and had no job, no prospects of money, nothing, and there was an ad in the paper. I answered it (along with several other telemarketing positions) and didn’t expect much to come of it. But was I surprised! It was tons of fun, but much more work than it looks. A lot of competition, a lot of rejection, but when you get something good going, it’s heaps of fun.

3. I am a big believer in Fate, soulmates, etc. that everything happens for a reason. Yes, there is a reason behind every event that happens in our lives, I believe that. I also believe in an unconventional means of soulmates, as I think they come in all shapes and sizes, races and genders. I think the people that touch your lives indubitably are your soulmates for life. My son for example will always be one of my soulmates, and I am lucky to say that I’ve got a few.

4. My primary background is psychology, I have a Masters in that and also a Masters in Education as I thought I was going to be a teacher. Either option is still there, but right now, I am happy with what I am doing, which is freelance writing from home.

5. I know sign language. I have since I was about 13, and learned it in church when we had deaf missionaries come in. I don’t really use it because I don’t know many deaf people, so a lot of people I know now are often surprised to find that out.

6. I am the biggest clutz on the planet. I don’t know if that is because I am tall and gangly, or just a clutz. But it is something almost everyone that I know makes fun of me for. If there is something to spill or walk into, I’m your girl.

7. I eat weird things, or weird combinations. I have a recipe I make with Mr. Noodles (that I will spare you) that just grosses people out enough to leave the room because they can’t handle me eating it. But I do lots of weird combos, like salad dressing with pizza, and yes, I believe ANYTHING can be made into a sandwich. And mayo, well, in my world it may as well be a food group in itself.
