Adding some shimmer to the area underneath your eyes will reflect light in a way that makes the puffiness seemingly vanish. How do you do it?

Tools you will need: Simply a concealer that offers luminizing properties

All you need to do is sweep this concealer across your undereye area from the lashline to the lower rim of your undereye area. Then blend and voila, you are finished. I DO recommend you go with a brush-like pen to add some precision to your application. Most top brands like Cover Girl and L’Oreal will carry these. The very BEST I have found on the market is this Yves Saint Laurent Touche E’clat which will minimize and emphasize everything it is supposed to.

Well this look was too cute to pass up, and since we have talked already of her today I had to share this cute look. As always, Gwen Stefani played the role of cool cat when she took her son out for Halloween. Here she is in a leopard print ensemble that very practically (sans wig and whiskers) can be moved to a night out on the town and she paired these with Yves Saint Laurent Tribute pumps. Not only designer and songbird, this cat is a family gal too and took little Kingston and hubby Gavin Rossdale out for trick-or-treating.
