It’s Friday so let’s go a little GLAM L.A.M.B. shall we? So I did miss someone in my favorite designer picks. Gwen Stefani, DUH. Yes, she is another personal fave, see how you can’t just stop at one? With her L.A.M.B. collection you can do whatever you want, particularly if you are looking for some hot stuff for a night on the town. This pretty girl just oozes talent from her smooth sexy voice to her sleek sexy designs. Here she is at a New York book party for Stylist: The Interpreters of Fashion. Hmmm….may see about reviewing that one for you, sounds good. She is of course, wearing none other than, her own creation in the L.A.M.B. label in a sequined top that she pairs with winterized black shorts with tights and, naturally, ankle boots by Louboutin. Funky!! Love it!!

Here is a striped sequin racerback tank from Forever 21. It features the same sleeveless look Gwen is sporting and comes in layers of sparkling sequins. For less than $30 bucks, it’s a cute steal. They also offer it in other colors and contrasting stripes if you are so inclined….
Pair it up with these cute Marc by Marc Jacobs Stretch corduroy shorts. Corduroy and tights are a perfect combination and these look just SO comfortable. The flat panel is flattering for most figures and with the all dark silhouette you will end up with a very lean, very leggy and sexy look. I also like the cuffed hemlines on these.
And I know she did this look with ankle boots, and I love the look and love her for it. But you know, as I was looking for some decent affordable matches, my eyes kept wandering to the longer boots. I think shorts and knee high boots is an incredibly sexy look. I am not sure that I personally have the guts to try the look, but I am sure many of you out there do and could and should. For me, the stiletto would require some effort, and probably pain. But pretty? YES!
